[OSGeo-Conf] Rfp 2020 questions - Sustainability

Dear Jonathan,

maybe a point to stress more in the call. I know, the next call will be
a year ahead, but its something where OSgeo should discuss as a
community on "qhich kind of event do we want".

For Bonn e.g. we linked to the atmosfair website, but I am not sure, if
anybody to take the chance to balance his/her personal CO2 balance - not
wanting to start on a discussion whether that is the right medium to do
so ...

As said, some suggestions to the teams and after a discussion we can put
the result compromised into the next call.
