I wish to nominate Narumasa Tsutsumida [1] as a Charter Member of OSGeo.

Tsutsumida-san is very active in the OSGeo.JP community conducts 
research and education using Open Source Geospatial Software.
He is also a resource persons at workshops and seminars organized by 
OSGeo.JP.

He is deeply involved in promoting OSGeo and is a great candidate as a
