Any time that you/we are ready, we can two things:
* take anything anyone wrote and publish it digitally as a journal
article
* optionally get this peer reviewed
* when we get enough, I will use the journal framework to prepare a
print article. I have the latex framework from the free software
magazine that can help prepare for print

hoping to adopt for the journal.
* we can pursue having any articles that have been published in the
journal already, made available for reprint in a book. I doubt any
authors will have an issue with this.
I won't volunteer for too much on the book side of things, but you
all know I'm interested in seeing more books so I'll do whatever I
can to help.
