[Europe] OSGeo Europe - topic talks?

Hi All,

FOSS4G Europe 2018 is approaching. It is the place to exchange
information and bring volunteers from several countries together.
It is also a good opportunity to discuss what we want to do and organise
as a community. Face2face and online. Time to find out what OSGeo means
for you as an organisation. The good thing is, you can contribute to
that process.

Since FOSS4G Bonn we introduced 'Topic' talks to bring certain topics
into the picture. We want to continue this interesting forum on the next
FOSS4G Europe conference.

We already addressed some interesting topics during some previous mail
communication[1]:
These topics only become final if we can add a name of a volunteer
behind them who want to address this topic during a topic talk.
The list may be appended, changed, etc...
Feel free to put your name behind a topic or suggest someone we should ask.

- relation and actions towards OGC
- relation and actions towards ESA
- relations and actions towards Copernicus
- relations and actions towards INSPIRE
- How can we manage the OSGeo Europe Local Chapter website
- relationship with the outside OSGeo world in Europe - vision and
action plan
- OSGeo (Europe) and Open Sciencec (Europe)

You can find this list on the wiki[2], so you can put your name behind a
Topic if you want/can volunteer as leader. You can also put your name
below a topic if you are interested in the topic, but not able to lead
it. This will give us an idea if a topic is on topic of our focus...

Thanks in advance for contributing.

Dirk
