[Europe] OSGeo Europe - topic talks?

Dear list,

As Luis suggested, we should plan some more discussions about some hot
topics on the FOSS4G Europe conference in Portugal in July.
Should we have some formal topic talks as in Paris, or just a BOF session?

Some idea's to discuss:

- How can OSGeo become better organised to respond on OGC opportunities.
- What do we expect from partnerships with ESA, EU projects such as
Copernicus
- How can OSGeo Europe help with H2020 projects, think about some
guidelines, ...
- Are we going to attend other conferences as OSGeo, such as the INSPIRE
conference, who can represent OSGeo, What would be our main message?
- who volunteers to prepare some of these topics?


Looking forward to more topics to put on the agenda. In case of an
overloaded agenda, we will prioritise and focus on the 'important' ones.
