[fdo-dev] FDO Code Projects Now Online

Do I understand it correctly that mailing lists per fdo subproject
have been removed? For example, there was dev at fdocore.osgeo.org list,
now it's unavailable.
So, does it mean all FDO-related technical issue should be posted
to the dev at fdo.osgeo.org list?
