Brad,

It seems to be failing in the Map plugin.  Did you set a plugin for the OGR provider?
If so, I would suggest you remove it and try it with the default connection UI.

Has anyone ever heard of a microstation provider? I am having to ddo a bit of work on some dgns and return them to dgn. I know I can import them but they need to be built just like they came in when I export them. It would be so nice if I could use the fdo provider just like the shp provider and connect and edit them in place.
