[fdo-users] bulkcopy ArcSDE -> SQLite

SQLite allows schema creation. As I said, in theory it should be possible, except that nobody has tried it in practice. SQLite behaves a lot like SDF but there are some differences during ApplySchema, there is no guarantee it works until it's verified experimentally.
