Here are my quick notes:

First of all, this looks awesome.  Nice job.

For the Sponsorships and Income notes, you may want to say that the FOSS4G event generated $400k in registration/donations, and netted approx $100k in proceeds to support next year's events and activities.

There are a lot of financial schedules noted here, and it might be too much detail.  As per Franks request, the finance committee should agree and approve the level of detail that needs to be shared outside the committee and board.

All in all, great start.
