I'm not experience with own base station but I think you must obtaint
precision coordinates X, Y, Z of your station. It is possible in two ways:
by using geodesic equipment or by using static GPS surveying and collect raw
data at least 1 h and then using software like Leica Geo Office or AshTech
GNSS Solutions to process it.
