[FOSS-GPS] RTKGPS+ using RTCM with GPS+GLONASS not working

After some testing it seems that the RTKGPS+ does very good job if configured
properly.
I managed to achieve a instant fixed solution within 1-2 seconds using the
base and rover at the same spot. What makes the difference in a quick fixed
solution is the output rate of the receivers. I set it at 5Hz both at the
base and rover and it made a huge improvement in reacquisition time. Also I
have to turn off the Ionosphere and Troposphere correction otherwise I can't
get a fix.
The problem now I stuck at is how to configure the base (placed in a distant
location up to 1-2 km) to send the corrections via cell phone's internet and
then the rover receives the corrections via internet using a second mobile
phone.
>From what I have read (sorry I am not a expert) there is 3 parameters
involved.
A Ntrip server, a Ntrip Caster and a Ntrip Client.
I can't understand if the RTKGPS+ can act as a Ntrip Caster. If it can act
only as NTRIP server and client, I do need a NTRIP Caster which basically is
a home-office pc that runs a software (e.g. Lefebure Ntrip Caster) that
receives and sends the corrections to the rover. However I tried to
configure the Caster with no success. It must be something with the firewall
of my network.
Is there any other method so the base can transmit the corrections via the
internet of the cell phone? For example the TCP Client of the output
solution how can it be configured?
If anyone can enlighten me I will appreciate it.
Thanks!
