[FOSS-GPS] RTKGPS+ using RTCM with GPS+GLONASS not working

In my region the ISP's does not change the IP often. It is dynamic IP but
essentially is static.
For now I want to test the base-rover scenario i described before and if it
suit my needs I may switch to static IP.
So you suggest I try another NTRIP Caster.
If you can send me something to test I will.
