Note if the Sokkia receiver is a rover that can accept RTCM3 directly, and you send the RTCM3 directly to the Sokkia receiver, then it can do the computations and produce the position result rather than RTKLIB.

In any case, if SurvCE can talk to and control a Sokkia receiver, then it'll just use the Sokkia's normal data collector protocol to communicate with it and get the position.
