[FOSS4G-Oceania] Community Day - tentpole and long tail events

Just want to bump this discussion up - any further thoughts on Community
Day from the committee? We can probably spend a little bit of time at this
Friday meeting discussing it, but there are multiple priorities, so best to
bring things up here in the email thread.

We directed David to hold off on calling for Community Day submissions,
pending further planning of the day. What do you all think about the 'three
tentpole events' plan, and what else can we do to develop this idea so we
can go out to the community for input?
