Hi all

David has noted that we should have links to the t-shirt sizes during
registration process, and I agree that we definitely should!

I've had a look online at a few custom t-shirt printing places in
Melbourne. The vast majority sell AS Colour t-shirts which are quality
t-shirts from a company that is Child Labour Free certified (
https://www.ascolour.co.nz/social-responsibility).

A lot of stores require a request for quote (including design and quantity
information) in order to determine their bulk discounts. I've looked more
closely at a couple of stores that provide this information up front and
have excellent reviews online:

*Das T-Shirt Automat* (3 stores in central Melbourne):

Single sided:

1-2: $40
3-12: $35
13-30: $28
31-50: $22
51+: $18

Double sided:

1-2: $50
3-12: $45
13-30: $38
31-50: $32
51+: $28

*Tee Junction* (~35km out of Melbourne CBD):

Single sided:

1: $30
2-4: $28.50
5-9: $27
10-24: $25.50
25+: $24

Double sided:

1: $40
2-4: $38
5-9: $36
10-24: $34
25+: $32

)

Of the 38 tickets sold so far, we have sold 11 t-shirts (one female, ten
male). So we may only sell ~40 t-shirts overall. Bulk discounts are per
design and per t-shirt style, so if we sell a lot less of one style then
those t-shirts could be quite expensive (particularly with Das T-Shirt
Automat's prices).

I've since contacted Tee Junction and they will discount further to $29ea
at 50 double sided t-shirts. I think this makes them the better option in
all likely scenarios.

So seeking approval to go with Tee Junction, noting:
- If we decide on a double sided design and don't sell enough t-shirts, we
may go slightly over our $30 per t-shirt budget

Thanks
Daniel
