[FOSS4G-Oceania] FOSS4G Workshops and OSGeo-Live

The  key will be understanding the exact requirements  for each workshop
and making sure they are clearly conveyed to the attendee.
I have run workshops in both formats, computer lab and byo laptop, and
provided software/data on USB and via dropbox, its rarely problem  free.
We can take action like making sure there is extra time built in to the
schedule to ensure people are set up and have volunteers available to
problem shoot but having experienced trainers/presenters will be a big
advantage.
We want to make sure people have a good experience at the workshops, so I
am happy to work through all these practical issues with the  presenters
when we get to that point.
