[FOSS4G-Oceania] emailed FOSS4G 2009 attendees

I've trawled through the FOSS4G 2009 attendee list looking for 
Australians and New Zealanders that still have the same email address as 
in 2009. (I've tried to locate new email addresses where possible). I've 
managed to locate ~ 100 people, and have sent them an email similar to 
the following. This is in addition to a number of people I've met in the 
last 10 years and have reached out to separately.

Hopefully we should see a jump in the number of people signing up to our 
email list in the next day or two.
