[FOSS4G-Oceania] Motion: Discounted tickets for committee & super volunteers

+1 from me.

If budget is forgiving, I'd suggest a community member should be 
categorised the same as a "community contributor" (Which is currently 
$150 per ticket on the website.)

I like the way we have a "buy before the discount tickets runs out" 
option. This should mean that we get money (and conference certainty) in 
much earlier. (A recommendation we can add to the FOSS4G cookbook).
