[Foss4g2008loc] Final chance for comment on Prospectus

Indeed, despite having great outgoing bandwith (dual fibre) and lots
of access points (24) our wireless still drew piles of negative
comments because of a bad configuration choice in the access control
system.

If was quite frustrating to come so close to providing a great
wireless experience and still come up short. After all, having enough
decent access points and enough outgoing bandwidth are the two
hardest things to arrange.

We knew wireless would be an issue early on, and sent this link to
the network people at VCC early on.

If CTICC doesn't generally do large scale wifi that could be a
problem. A couple access points will be absolutely overwhelmed.
