[Foss4g2008loc] conference T-shirts

Earlier today on IRC(#foss4g2007) there was a
brief discussion about T-shirts, and the fact
there are left over T-shirts from 2004 and
2007, and a suggestion that they be sent to
South Africa and be sold "in sets".

My suggestion is to ship any excess shirts from
prior OSGeo events to South Africa, and incorporate
them into the community outreach activities of
the FOSS4G 2008 conference.
