Ahh, perfect.  I completely ignored those attachments :(

FWIW, I agree with your suggested capacity.  Even G04 (170 seats) seems 
unwieldy for a workshop, the larger rooms would make it very difficult 
to remain interactive, at least for me.

I'm of the opinion that more workshops are always better, but from the 
experiences of previous years it sounds like 14 will be plenty from a 
logistical standpoint.

I understand tutorials are not expected to be 'hands on' in the same way 
as labs were and workshops continue to be, so I won't include those in 
the rental costings.
