[Foss4g2009] InstallFest Time Slot

Honestly I don't think we need much at all. We'll need to leave some
network connectivity (will wireless be available by then?), and power
bars, but we won't need the machines. It would be nice to have some
white boards or flip boards or something. Some signs to write project
names on and stick on the wall would be helpful as well. None of the
setup needs to take more than five or ten minutes and can be sorted out
as people trickle in, so as long as we can pull machines and monitors
out in half an hour we're fine.
The companies I talked to were quoting two hours for removal of the
machines. Since G04 contains close to half of them, I think thirty
minutes may be overly optimistic. On the other hand, we can't expect
people to wait around for much longer than that.
There's also a concern in using volunteer labour. I don't know if the
equipment hire place will really want us hauling their gear around for
them. If that's fine with them (as we will be insured) then we can just
through additional bodies at the problem for the one room.
