[Foss4g2009] Possible Key Note Speaker for FOSS4G-2009 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Maybe having an objective for the talk would help select someone.   
I'm sure no one is a stranger to the topic, so how to make it  
interesting to attendees?  Are you hoping for a re-hash of the status  
quo or a good debate instead?
