[Foss4g2009] Workshop printing

I think all printed material + CD-ROMS should be ready to be handed
out to the registered attendees of the workshop. And I expect for
large workshops we may be expected to organise it before the start of
the conference. This would mean that we get the material from the
authors say 2 weeks before the workshop.

The printing doesn't need to be fancy. Just plain black and white at
most a thermal binding. Can TH estimate what this would cost?
