+1 to Harley's suggestions.

Also, I suggest that we adjust the time per presentation from: 25 mins + 
5 mins Questions to: 20 mins + 5 mins questions, leaving 5 mins for 
settup and to allow a buffer to handle any technical glitches or 
presentation over-runs.
