Hi Julia

That would explain it, I've only received the second one, so I must have 
missed one.

Please repost the DVD and I'll have it online ASAP (I'm at a conference 
this week in Brisbane, but I'll organise for someone to collect the CD 
and get it online somewhere for me to work with).
