I think we should take the registration waiver as a given.

I know we went around this once at the meeting, but I don’t remember all of the details of which options we discussed, but I don’t think we considered the “I would like this much money” option. If people feel we should consider that, then we can re-open the discussion.

I like the idea of trying to drum up local “sponsor an attendee” funds at something less than the full supporter level.
