Hi Till,
If you already have a registration system for FOSSGIS then I think you
should use that. FOSS4G/OSGeo doesn't have our own system (well we have
an old system that we initially used for FOSS4G-2008, but it isn't
maintained). It makes sense to use the FOSSGIS one.
