[FOSS4G2016] use of facebook for foss4g

Hi all,

personnally I precented myself from fb. But Sanghee already reminded us 
to use it as marketing tool. Do we need somebody setting up an account 
and caring about that?

I put it on the list for tomorrow's IRC ;-)
