[FOSS4G2016] use of facebook for foss4g

[Gert-Jan van der Weijden - Stichting OSGeo.nl]

Already taken care of that.
Made an personal account (not easy, since Facebok for some reason didn't accept my real name. Welcome in hell...).
And made a foss4g 2016 page [1].
For the time being I put all the facebook settings to "shared with nobody".
Now trying to find my way in the jungle that is called Facebook ;-)

personnally I precented myself from fb. But Sanghee already reminded us to use it as marketing tool. Do we need somebody setting up an account and caring about that?
