[FOSS4G2016] [Program] Please test the proposal system

Hi,

I've setup a testing ticket here:
http://foss4g2016.org/redmine/issues/171

Testing fails, because when I try to save a page, the system sends me 
back to login page. Details see ticket.

Please invite more people for testing!
