[FOSS4G2016] [Program] Scheduled talks for plenary chamber

My 2-cents: it is wise to mix some of the plenary (or larger parallel)
sessions. javascript programmers also need to hear about FOSS business
models for example.
Trying to determine a priori which sessions will draw larger crowds is
tricky, but you are doing a great job so far.
