[FOSS4G2017] Site Updates

Hey all,

I hope you are all enjoying the beginning of fall, I wanted to give you a
heads up that the http://2017.foss4g.org launch website has been updated.
Now that we are the next international show we have gone ahead and:

   - added a welcome video
   - announced 2 of our keynotes
   - added a little osgeo branding

The LOC is working to move to move from a launch website to a full website
in the next month. More to come on this as we have get closer to rolling
this out.
