[fusion-users] Fusion for MapServer in Windows

what you have provided is a normal file that gets loaded by Fusion for handling translations, it is the set of english translations.  The error is probably happening somewhere else, can you look for some more possible error messages to identify the problem?  Also the php error log may help.
