[PATCH] cvs20020821 add soname support

this is an implementation for soname support working with GNU tools.
i tested it on a debian linux i386 with gdal-current-cvs.

gdal-soname.patch:
- GNU binutils are associated to HAVE_LD_SHARED=yes (? this might be wrong)
- soname for gdal is libgdal.so.0 (you might want to upgrade GDAL_SOVER to
1
before release, thou)
- the library name is changed to libgdal.so.1.1
- the build system is such that having a different libgdal installed should
_not_ be a problem (at least it worked on my system!)
- build _and_ install are supported.

dynamic-gdalinfo.patch:
- link gdalinfo dynamically and save 1Mb!
