It appears that the proj.dll that i have is not very up-to-date. Is there a location from which i can download the latest proj.dll? There does not appear to be a link from the PROJ.4 webpage. Your GDAL build script references a copy on your own machine (PROJ_DLL=/d/bin/proj.dll). Thanks, Ben
