[Gdal-dev] Leveller 2.6 released

The Daylon Leveller 2.6 terrain/heightfield modeler has been officially 
released. I'd like to thank Frank and everyone else involved with 
GDAL/OGR and its related sublibraries; the integration was not without 
its challenges but in the long run, it's a good development model and I 
look forward to seeing where things can go from here. Yesterday, 
heightfield modeling; today, true terrain modeling.
