[gdal-dev] Scripts to update from EPSG DB release?

Hey folks,

I had a hunt around the source tree but couldn't find any scripts to update
the various .csv files in /data/ from a new EPSG release. Frank, you
committed the last update - any chance you could pass on the scripts/process
(or tell me where i should look)?

trunk should probably be updated to v6.14 (Sept 07) but it'd be nice to have
scripts available to allow backports or updates to new releases before they
get added to gdal.
