[gdal-dev] GDAL 1.5+ and MrSID

That's a good start. Like I said, it seems to work with 1.5 branch
but I just wasn't sure about the libtool issue. I didn't have to
configure with --with-jp2mrsid=no for some reason, although I did
read about how the JP2 support isn't there anymore in 7.0.

For now, since I have 1.5 working with the imageio-ext library,
I'm going to continue down the path I was on.

I take it the trunk is 1.6? Is there any plan to release an official
version of 1.6 soon?
