[gdal-dev] Merge overviews from multiple files

Thats great It did work, I added .ovr as an extenstion(level 1 -.ovr, level 2
- .ovr.ovr etc) to each overview file. And used gdal_translate with -co
COPY_SRC_OVERVIEWS=YES. The output file generated has got all the overviews
into one file.
