Hi Rouault,

my mistake.

I see the last gdal is 8.2 and now epsg was to 8.4 so I deduce (wrongly)
that gdal was 2 version behind.
I forget to evaluate that the 8.4 was released after the release of gdal.

The link to instruction for produce new csv files from epsg db is really
interesting.
