[gdal-dev] Formats that support RAT's?

It seems GDAL will always let you create a Raster Attribute Table (in memory)
but may fail when writing to disk depending on whether the format supports
it? 

I can't seem to find any information anywhere on what formats support RAT's?
Is there a list I can refer to ??
