[gdal-dev] Removing bridge/ and vb6/ from source tree ?

Being that it's been 8 days and there are no responses saying that vb6 and
bridge are needed in trunk, I suggest that they be removed. Should that
turn out that there is a critical need, we can revert the deletion.
