[gdal-dev] Caution if forking the github mirror those last 2 days

Hi,

There was accidental direct git commits starting 2 days ago to the https://
github.com/OSGeo/gdal mirror that somewhat messed up the svn->git 
mirroring. I've "cancelled" them by force pushing my local version.
That means that anyone having forked the github mirror those last 2 days 
will have to recreate it from scratch and re-apply their changes.
