[gdal-dev] symbol lookup error in libgdal.so.20 on conda through windows subsystem for linux

Hi Sam,

I don't know how to resolve the issue. There may be some clues in the
conda-forge GDAL tracker:
https://github.com/conda-forge/gdal-feedstock/issues and it would be worth
making a new issue there if it isn't a known and fixed bug. The conda-forge
team is quick to patch and update their packages.
