[gdal-dev] Updated ESRI FileGDB Instructions for Mac?

Hello,

I'm trying to read ESRI GDB files, and have followed some (dated)
instructions I've found online, but haven't succeed in getting it working
yet. Is anyone aware of up to date instructions on how to go about it?

I'm on macOS Mojave (10.14.2), running GDAL 2.1.3 installed via Homebrew.
I've tried downloading the FileGDB API v1.5 and following the analogous
instructions listed here ( download the FileGDB API; copy it to the right
place, then brew install gdal ), but haven't had any success yet. Running
ogrinfo still doesn't present ESRI Geodatabase as an option.

And, my apologies if this is outside the scope of this mailing list or if
I've missed some more obvious resources; first I tried to create an issue
on GitHub, and it suggested I come here to ask it instead.

Thank you all!

Jon
