[gdal-dev] Updated ESRI FileGDB Instructions for Mac?

Have you tried my GDAL Complete framework?

The opensource FileGDB driver is included, and I've been using it exclusively for reading/converting FleGDBs for a while.  If there is a reason you need the FileGDB API driver, I could revive my GDAL plugin package.
