[gdal-dev] WFS Vector Layer Improvement

(Adding back the list)

you can see in the following URL that typename\typenames are exist in 
the WFS2 schema examples:

In those examples, Typename is just for GetFeature and 
DescribeFeatureType, not GetCapabilities
