[gdal-dev] ogrinfo XML (AIXM)

Hi,
I'm trying to read a XML (AIXM) file. But ogrinfo says it can't be read with either  KML, KMZ or GML installed drivers (among other formats).
Is there anything I must do, the GML, KML, KMZ drivers are there. I'm working in Windows 10.
