no. Not sure how doable installing the docker buildx stuff in GHA
workers is, and the builds are probably too long compared to the timeout
of GHA (actually, I see it is 72 hours, but not completely sure that
with 2 or 3? vCPUs cross compilation can be done in < 72 hours)
